Role Overview

Project Implementation, Event Management, Financial & Administrative Management, Knowledge Management

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage all logistics for projects and events assigned.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event participants.
  • Document and organize project-related folders and evaluations in Google Drive.
  • Monitor the expenditure of projects to ensure budget compliance.
  • Ensure all documents required for reporting are collected, processed, and submitted timely.
  • Act as a representative of the IFLRY office at designated events and meetings.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as required to support office operations.

Requirements

  • Near-native or native English skills. Additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Digital proficiency in productivity software and applications.
  • Experience with Xero, Canva is a significant benefit.
  • Proven experience in project management, event organization.
  • Preferably working towards or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Valid right to work in Germany as we cannot sponsor work visas.
