The Eastern Europe Programme supports liberal partners in Eastern Europe by raising awareness of democracy and human rights issues. It organizes training and seminars on capacity-building, campaigning, political education, and liberal ideology, while cooperating closely with the Caucasus Programme. The programme also runs campaigns and manages social media to inform members about regional developments.
