Working Groups and Teams

IFLRY's work is powered by dedicated volunteers who contribute their skills and expertise through various teams and working groups. These collaborative spaces allow members to work on specific projects, support organizational functions, and drive our mission forward.

Permanent Teams

Social Media Team

Our Social Media Team manages IFLRY's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, sharing stories from our global community, promoting events, and amplifying the voices of liberal youth worldwide. If you're passionate about digital communication and want to help grow our online community, we'd love to hear from you.

IT Team

The IT Team maintains IFLRY's digital infrastructure, including our website, internal systems, and technical tools that keep our organization running smoothly.

If you have technical skills and want to support our digital operations, get in touch with the Bureau at kai.pischke@iflry.org

Research Committee

If you're the type of person who reads policy papers for fun, gets excited about data, or simply wants your activism to hit harder with evidence, this is for you. The Research Committee is building a team of young researchers who conduct research that actually strengthens our work, not research that sits forgotten in a folder. Our members support IFLRY's member organisations with actionable insights, turn data into effective advocacy strategies, and help make IFLRY a youth-led knowledge powerhouse. Why join? Because hot takes are easy, but evidence-based change is harder, and it's what actually works. You don't need a PhD. You need curiosity, commitment, and the belief that liberal values deserve to be backed by solid research.
