57th Extraordinary General Assembly (online)

Extraordinary General Assembly | 2 May 2026

IFLRY will convene an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) on 2 May 2026 at 15:30 CET. The meeting will be held online and is open to all Member Organisations.

About the EGA

The EGA has been called to ensure that adequate time and space is dedicated to the review of new organisational proposals, including IFLRY's Code of Conduct. By addressing these items in a dedicated online session ahead of the in-person General Assembly in Taipei, we can ensure that the 58th General Assembly is fully devoted to the sessions, workshops, and panels planned for that occasion.

The EGA will also serve as a useful opportunity to explore whether online statutory pre-sessions ahead of future General Assemblies could be an effective approach for the federation going forward.

The agenda will be published and shared with Member Organisations well in advance of the meeting.
