Climate Justice
El Programa de Cambio Climático promueve políticas y prácticas sostenibles para combatir el calentamiento global y la degradación ambiental. Mediante la movilización de jóvenes liberales y la colaboración con expertos medioambientales, impulsa el cambio a través de la educación, la incidencia y acciones prácticas. El programa busca influir en la política ambiental global, fomentar un liderazgo consciente del clima y apoyar la preparación de las delegaciones de IFLRY para negociaciones climáticas internacionales como la COP.

Rand Alkhushman
Rand Al Khushman is an Agricultural Engineer, Program Management professional, and Founder & CEO of Jathwa for Environmental Development, a youth-led organization advancing climate justice, green economy, and circular economy initiatives across Jordan. She is a digital content creator focused on green skills and sustainability, and the first Jordanian to join the World Food Forum Youth Policy Board (WFF-YPB), where she serves as Regional Lead for the Near East and North Africa (NENA). A climate activist and Lazord Fellow, Rand has represented Jordan at multiple international forums and conducted community-based research on waste management and climate change. She also serves as Co-Program Manager for climate action within IFLRY, working to translate youth climate ambition into tangible, collaborative, and on-the-ground impact across the region.
